Burnout can build gradually when prolonged stress leaves you feeling physically and emotionally drained, whether from work, studies, family responsibilities, or caregiving.
Therapy starts with understanding what’s been wearing you down and how it’s showing up in your days, your mood and your relationships. Together, you’ll find ways to cope that actually fit your life, notice what keeps you stuck, and learn to say no without guilt.
There’s no one-size-fits-all plan. Sessions are shaped around you and what you’re going through.
Sessions are non-judgemental. You set the pace, and nothing is forced.
A line or two about what's going on is enough.
Share your concerns, ask questions, and see if it feels like the right fit.
Join by secure video or audio at a booked time that suits you both.
Tip: Find a quiet, private spot for your session. Headphones help.
A single 50-minute online session costs ₹1,500. 3- and 6-session packages lower the per-session rate.

Stress can feel like you’re overwhelmed by too many demands, while burnout can leave you feeling emotionally and physically drained, detached, or unable to recover even after resting. The two can overlap, but if exhaustion and detachment persist for a while, it may be a sign that you’re experiencing burnout rather than short-term stress.
Yes. Therapy can help you understand what’s contributing to your stress or burnout and develop practical ways to cope, set healthier limits, and recover. The approach is evidence-based and adapted to your circumstances, as what helps can vary from person to person.
Not necessarily. Some people work or study while addressing burnout, while others may need time away to recover. Therapy can help you understand what you need, explore your options, and make decisions about work or studies with greater clarity rather than from a place of overwhelm.
Yes. Exam pressure, competitive entrance tests, college deadlines and family expectations can all lead to stress and burnout. A student discount is available; message us on WhatsApp with a valid student ID to ask about the current rate.

You don’t need to be at a breaking point to seek therapy. If stress is affecting your energy, mood, work, studies, relationships, or ability to switch off, therapy can be a useful space to understand what’s happening and work on it.
