Worry that won't switch off, a racing mind, always feeling on edge. Work together with psychologist Dr. Lisha Jindal in private online sessions, at your own pace.
Online · 50-min sessions · English & Hindi · By appointment
If worry, tension or panic is getting in the way of your sleep, work or relationships, it's worth talking to a psychologist. You don't need a diagnosis, or the right words, to start.
When anxiety takes over, even small things can feel like too much. In therapy, you’ll work with the psychologist at your own pace to understand what keeps setting off the worry and find simple ways to feel calmer day to day.
You don’t need to have it all figured out before you start. You’ll work it out together.
Sessions are non-judgemental. You set the pace, and nothing is forced.
A line or two about what's going on is enough.
Share your concerns, ask questions, and see if it feels like the right fit.
Join by secure video or audio at a booked time that suits you both.
Tip: Find a quiet, private spot for your session. Headphones help.
A single 50-minute online session costs ₹1,500. 3- and 6-session packages lower the per-session rate.
